In detail, the structure of the Pozzino is divided into nine apartments of the highest standard that are spacious and luminous, and decorated with warm, soft tones. Carefully furnished, the two, three or four room apartments are all of superior ranking. They are equipped with spacious kitchenettes with microwave oven, dishwasher, large living rooms and two bathrooms, and private veranda. Air conditioning, satellite TV and telephone, a space for barbequing, breakfast and tasting room.

The Pozzino also has a special structure: an independent cottage furnished with antique furniture and most luxurious finishes.
