The Tenuta Livia, with its peacefull and essential structure of agricultural origin, is located near the route of the Roman Via Aurelia Antica. Pleasing to the eye, linear and relaxed, it was finely restored with respect to its origins, both in structural materials and furnishings and, so, the open beamed ceilings and the typical Tuscan terracotta floors are in keeping with the original structure.

Tenuta Livia has an outdoor swimming pool of great charm and elegance, with poolside chaises longues and tables to enjoy this oasis of well-being in maximum comfort and relaxation. The property has a breakfast room and, in the evenings, there are regular presentations of local products and specialties of the land to savor and enjoy.

The Tenuta Livia complex consists of 18 two or three room apartments made up of one or more levels. All have a kitchenette and living room, two bathrooms and private veranda. Furnished with taste and great attention to detail, they give guests the immediate sensation of feeling at home. The apartments are equipped with the best in comfort, air conditioning, telephone, and satellite television. In the loggia or on the veranda that completes each apartment there is a barbeque area.
